Most of the Honduran producers we are currently working with are growing 100% Pacas on the mountains of Santa Barbara by way of San Vicente and Benjamin Paz. This producer is growing coffee south of Santa Barbara in a region called La Paz, and this particular lot is 100% Typica. We love it!
