Servio Botina produces some of our favorite coffees in all of southern Huila. We discovered his coffee several years ago and have never looked back. In the cup we find pomegranate, lime zest, and strawberry.

Every time we have the opportunity to work with coffee from Servio and his family, it is special. Producing exceptional quality once is difficult—but producing it consistently, season after season, is truly extraordinary. We are deeply grateful to the Botina family for their intentionality, dedication to their craft, and continued pursuit of excellence.

The inclusion of price transparency is a starting point to inform broader conversation around the true costs of production and the sustainability of specialty coffee as a whole.
